In this one time, one-on-one strategy session, you and I will get on the phone or on Skype and create your product blueprint. During the call we will build and discover your optimal niche and product direction. This will include your target market, your lead competition, your allies and your radical product outline.

Once we break through the niche, it will be time to create your product framework. This will break your product down into steps, modules and delivery. Will you create a 30 day course to help someone, a 4 week membership site, an eBook with 15 chapters, etc. This will serve as your outline and theme to build the product after we finish our call.

The last part of this session will focus on your product delivery. How will your customers digest your information? CD, DVD, online, via videos, in membership sites, etc.

The cost for this one-time, personal strategy session in $97.

Before we begin there will be a brief introductory interview process. Ambitious Product Creation Sessions

For those looking for further guidance in the product creation process, we have the Ambitious Product Creation Sessions, a 4-6 week series that will be your hand holding guide towards rapid product creation. Over Skype, email and the good ole telephone we will work together to accomplish all 3 parts from the Product Strategy Session as well as:

Overseeing The Product Creation Process. We will watch over your shoulder as you build out your product during the 4-6 weeks. This is more than enough time to create your first product and with us over your shoulder you will face deadlines and accountability to get the product built in the desired timeframe.

Your Sales and Copy Strategy. I will be working with you to help you create your sales funnel, from the sales sequence to the copy on the sales page to the calls to action to pricing strategy. Together you will walk about of these sessions with not only a product but the optimal way to sell it online.

An Affiliate and JV Strategy. One of the best ways to sell your newly created product is through affiliate recruitment. When we get through you will know where to find your affiliates, how to contact them and how best to approach and entice them. This alone is worth the price of admission.

Your Technology Strategy. This can be more overwhelming than creating the product itself. And while I am not going to be your go-to on-call 24/7 IT professional, I will ensure that the technology you are using is the best way to sell the product, purchase the product and ultimately deliver the customer experience of the product. We will go over all my ups and downs with technology so you don’t have to along with showing you the tools we use for our own products.
